Privacy Policy
How this website handles information, in plain language.
This is a plain-language draft and will be reviewed before launch.
Who we are
This website is published by TinFilm US, an independent animation studio. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at our privacy address listed below.
No accounts, no tracking described here
This is a static website. There are no user accounts, no logins and no payments. This draft policy describes the site as built: it does not include advertising trackers. If we add analytics or other third-party services in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Information stored in your browser
Some features save small amounts of information in your browser's local storage, on your own device only:
- Your light or dark theme preference
- An email address you enter in the Studio Dispatch newsletter form, saved until our newsletter launches
This information is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Email forms
The contact and pitch deck forms do not send anything from this website. When you submit them, your own email app opens with a message addressed to us. If you choose to send it, we receive your email like any other, and we use it only to reply and discuss your enquiry. We do not sell or share your details.
Third-party resources
Pages load fonts, styling and some images from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests the files, under their own privacy terms.
Your choices and contact
You can ask us to see, correct or delete any email correspondence we hold about you. Contact our privacy address and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
Children
This site is intended for adults, such as clients, partners and press. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
