The recent investigation into the death of teacher Linda Brown has been re-imagined, suggesting that evidence might be found at Lake Michigan, but a new development has turned everything upside down. Newly revealed surveillance footage captured a terrifying moment at 3 a.m.: the appearance of a mysterious man beside Linda on Pier 31. What transpired in the darkness between them raises a major question: Was this truly an accident?

The Chicago Public Schools teacher was last pictured wearing a black winter hat, a black coat, black pants, and black rubber snow boots.
Brown was caught walking on 3500 South Lake Park Ave in Chicago, Illinois.
“The missing person was last seen alone walking eastbound from that location and could be in need of immediate medical attention,” the Chicago Police Department wrote in a missing person’s release.
A surveillance video captures Brown exiting her blue Honda Civic around 3 am on January 3.
In the footage, Brown could be seen walking along a pedestrian bridge towards Lake Michigan.
Her car was found on January 8 near 35th Street and Lake Park Ave.
The 53-year-old has not been heard from since January 2, when she headed towards Wicker Park for her acupuncture appointment.
The new surveillance footage prompted a lakefront search on Friday morning, where Brown’s family enlisted the help of volunteers to find the special education teacher.
“We’re just trying to find her,” Brown’s husband, Antwon Brown, told Fox 32 Chicago.
Volunteers looked all around 31st Street, Burnham Park, and the pedestrian bridge on 35th Street.

They were instructed to check high, grassy areas and shoreline locations for the missing woman.
“I knew her, I care about her, and I think people are still holding out hope,” one volunteer told the outlet.
Brown’s cousin, Michael Hannon, said its unlike the teacher to just disappear.
“I was in total shock,” Hannon said.
“It’s not like her at all. She’s a great woman.
