OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) — It’s been nearly two weeks since an Oakland business owner disappeared.

Fifty-two-year-old Amy Hillyard left her home in the Cleveland Heights neighborhood near Lake Merritt on March 25. She was last seen near Dimond Park, where a search was conducted last week.

Now, friends are urging the public for help, asking neighbors to review their security cameras.

They also have a message for Amy.

“Amy, we love you, and come home, and we’re here for you, and there’s a huge community to surround you with love.”

Hillyard is considered at-risk due to an undisclosed medical condition.

“She went for a walk, and that’s all we know,” longtime family friend Susan Eandi said. “And she may have been a little disoriented. You saw that she has a medical condition, so there is some urgency and concern for that reason. and what we’re doing as a community and law enforcement is looking for Amy and looking to bring her home.”

Authorities are asking people to familiarize themselves with Hillyard’s face and to check doorbell cameras for any possible sightings.

Hillyard is described as being 5’4″ and about 120 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing tan-colored top and tan pants.

As the search for a missing California coffee shop owner approaches the second week, her husband shared their family’s heartbreak over her disappearance.

“As more time goes by without Amy, the agony of her absence is devastating,” Chris Hillyard said in a statement shared on a website dedicated to the search for his wife, Amy Hillyard, who was last seen on Wednesday, March 25.

“We are still holding on to hope, thanks to Amy’s community of friends and volunteers who continue to search every day,” he continued, per the update on Friday, April 3. “They are a source of strength to our family and me.”

On March 25, around 2 p.m. local time, the 52-year-old woman was last seen in the 500 block of Radnor Road in Oakland, the Oakland Police Department said in a statement shared with PEOPLE.

Hillyard was last seen wearing a white, short-sleeved shirt, light-colored jeans and white sneakers with black stripes, a family spokesperson confirmed to PEOPLE. She is described as a white woman with blonde hair and hazel eyes, who is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 120 lbs. Police said that the missing woman is “at risk due to medical conditions.”

Amy is the co-owner of Farley’s coffee shops in Oakland and San Francisco, and is involved in her daughter’s choir, ABC affiliate KABC previously reported.

Following the business owner’s disappearance, law enforcement and volunteers have repeatedly searched the surrounding area. On Tuesday, March 31, multiple agencies, as well as 60 friends, family and volunteers, searched Dimond Park after video footage showed Amy in the area on the day she disappeared, around 4:30 p.m., police said in an update.

The Hillyard family and the Oakland Police Department did not respond to PEOPLE’s requests for further information.

By Thursday, April 2, officials and rescue teams searched for hours near the Skyline Gate staging area, a gateway to trails in Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park, according to the website about Amy’s disappearance.

“This is one of Amy’s most beloved places to hike and walk,” creators of the page wrote. “They searched for hours, but did not find her.”

The following weekend, dozens of Amy’s friends planned on searching through more footage to see if the missing woman could be seen at Bay Area Rapid Transit stops or on streets throughout Oakland, according to the website. Police investigators were also going to look for more video footage that may lead to Amy’s whereabouts.

In the 1980s, Amy’s dad founded the original Farley’s in San Francisco, SFGATE reported. The company has since expanded to include locations at regional airports and in Oakland.

“Our hearts go out to Amy and her family and friends during this difficult time,” Farley’s East said in a statement on social media. “She has been a passionate and active member of the Oakland community for 20+ years. We hope that she returns safely and we appreciate any information.”
