COLUMBUS, Ohio (WXIX) – The Columbus Police Department has identified a person of interest in the possible double murder of a Mason nativeand his wife in the Weinland Park neighborhood of Columbus.
Spencer Tepe, 37, and Monique Tepe, 39, were found dead by officers inside their home Tuesday on the 1400 block of North Fourth Street just after 10 a.m., according to the Columbus Police Department.
Reports state that the police were called to perform a wellness check on the couple, but upon arrival, officers found Spencer and Monique with gunshot wounds and two unharmed children.
The Columbus Police Department identified a person of interest from Ring doorbell footage in the area.
Spencer lived in Mason before attending Ohio State University to earn his doctor of dental surgery.
