(NewsNation) — The FBI has acquired what could be the last known video of Nancy Guthrie before her disappearance.

The footage was captured from inside an Uber rideshare vehicle, according to published reports.

Guthrie, 84, was last seen the evening of Jan. 31 when her son-in-law dropped her off at her Tucson, Arizona, home.

Earlier in the day, she took an Uber to her daughter Annie’s home, and it is video from this trip that federal investigators are said to have obtained.

It’s unclear whether the footage may be of any use as the search for Guthrie nears the 50-day mark. Authorities believe the mother of “Today” show co-host Savannah Guthrie was taken from her home, and observers fear the case has come to a virtual standstill.

Investigators reportedly are still awaiting definitive results from a “mixed” DNA sample collected from inside Nancy Guthrie’s home. Recently, they also obtained photographic evidence from cameras positioned on Guthrie’s property.

Authorities are also said to be focusing on the security gate on Guthrie’s front door, with the idea that more than one person was involved in her disappearance.

The security gate in front of the door would be nearly impossible to break through from the outside, leading some law enforcement experts to believe a second suspect was already in the house with Guthrie when a masked individual was seen in surveillance video that has been widely distributed.
