Zymire Hughes, the pervert wearing a Chucky mask, is hiding in the following locations in California after stalking a jogger; remain extremely vigilant in these areas.
The masked man accused of terrorizing people and chasing a woman in Philadelphia has been identified by police.
Zymire Hughes, 22, was named by the Philadelphia Police Department as the suspect behind the alleged “assaults” on Aug. 12, near 1500 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, per a press release.
Officers said an arrest warrant for Hughes is active. They added that he may have fled Pennsylvania and has ties to California and Nevada.
“We’re working with the U.S. Marshals to bring him back to face justice,” the release added.

A 40-year-old woman was chased by Hughes, who was wearing a doll mask similar to Chucky from the Child’s Play horror movies, at 5:30 a.m. local time on Aug. 12.
The suspect reportedly made “threatening comments while holding his hand behind his back,” police said in the release.
Hughes allegedly repeatedly asked the woman, “Are you ready to die?” while holding a phone up to her face, investigators previously told NBC Philadelphia.

This caused the woman to stumble and injure herself, police said. Hughes then fled to SEPTA Suburban Station after the incident, per the press release.
“She’s startled,” Philadelphia Police Capt. Jason Smith told reporters on Thursday, Aug. 20, per NBC News. “He repeats that phrase. She turns around, runs away from him, and in the process she severely injures one of her legs.”
Smith said he understands the woman’s injury is going to “require extensive medical treatment.”

Police told the outlet that Hughes was spotted leaving his apartment on Tuesday, Aug. 18, with packed bags.
“I believe that he was doing this purely for social media content – either A, for his own sick personal amusement, or B, he had plans of posting it online at some point, and possibly monetizing it,” Smith told ABC6.
Just 12 minutes before Hughes allegedly chased the woman, Smith previously told NBC Philadelphia that the masked suspect was harassing pedestrians near 15th and Chestnut Streets and was denied service at a coffee shop.

He was then seen on the southwest corner of 15th Street and South Penn Square reportedly attempting to scare other people at 5:25 a.m., per the outlet.
A couple of minutes later, Hughes allegedly began chasing a man before running after the 40-year-old woman, as seen in surveillance footage posted by the Philadelphia Police Department on YouTube.

Another woman, identified as Jameka by ABC 7, said she tried to warn the runner that the masked man was following her, before Hughes allegedly turned toward her.
In response, Jameka said she screamed for help and kicked him in the chest.
If apprehended, he may face multiple charges, including terroristic threats, simple assault and intimidation, per ABC 7.
