The most shocking development in the case was just announced following an extensive search at the Cedar Creek Reservoir in Fairfield County. Authorities recovered a very small amount of remains from the water. Michilae Herring, Javeayah’s mother, told dispatchers a highly detailed story about her daughter happily playing outside near a chicken coop. She claimed that, being 39 weeks pregnant, she couldn’t run after the toddler. But evidence quickly proved this was a calculated lie to throw law enforcement off the trail.
Adding another shocking twist to the timeline, the Department of Social Services (DSS) confirmed that Herring actually gave birth to a new baby on the exact same night she fabricated the 911 call. That newborn is now safe and in the custody of a family member.
“They Do Not Deserve That Title”
