It’s nearing the time that Outlander fans have been quietly dreading for some time now – the anticipated final ever episode.
This week’s instalment is now available to stream, with the focus on Lord John Grey (David Berry) as he continued to be held prisoner in Ezekiel’s boathouse as Ezekiel continued to use Lord John’s sexuality to blackmail him.
Of course, Claire (Caitríona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) were never going to stop until they found Lord Grey and brought him to safety but the scenes only give us a taste of the tension to likely come in the final episode.
Details are still being kept under wraps for now but the trailer for the final ever episode seems to hint at the fan theory that things could end on an incredibly sad note for Jamie. So, it’ll likely be have the tissues on hand for.

When is Outlander season 8 episode 10 on MGM+?
Outlander season 8 episode 10 will drop on streaming service MGM+ on Saturday 16 May 2026.
The final season premiered on MGM+ in the UK on Saturday 7 March 2026, just one day after it debuted in the US on STARZ, meaning there’s no major wait for episodes to cross the pond.
Going forward, episodes will be released on Saturdays in the UK and on Fridays in the US, until the finale in mid-May.
