In the clip, Guthrie pleaded for mercy, framing the situation as a moral crossroads for whoever is involved.

“It’s been two weeks since our mom was taken,” Savannah says. “And I just wanted to come and say that we still have hope and we still believe.

“And I wanted to say to whoever has her or knows where she is, that it’s never too late. You’re not lost or alone. And it is never too late to do the right thing, and we are here.

“We believe in the essential goodness of every human being, and it’s never too late.”

Investigators uncover troubling clues in Nancy disappearance

Officials from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department say the case shows signs of a planned abduction. They report foreign DNA at the residence and gloves matching those seen on surveillance footage discarded nearby.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has released images of a masked man carrying a dark hiking backpack, described as average build and roughly 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10. He appeared armed and concealed his identity with a ski mask.

Investigators also say the individual tried to disable the home’s doorbell camera. FBI Director Kash Patel noted the suspect placed foliage over the lens before the disappearance, suggesting premeditation and awareness of surveillance.

Meanwhile, the family has posted repeated public messages, hoping to establish contact. Reports surfaced that media outlets received ransom notes with deadlines, though authorities have not confirmed their authenticity or provided details about demands.

On Feb. 9, Guthrie described an “hour of desperation,” asking the public to report any suspicious information. “We believe our mom is still out there,” she said. “We need your help. Law enforcement is working tirelessly, around the clock, trying to bring her home, trying to find her. She was taken, and we don’t know where.”

Earlier appeals included direct communication to the suspected abductor. “We received your message, and we understand,” Guthrie said. “We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”

Authorities emphasize that no verified proof of life has been provided. A $100,000 reward remains in place for information leading to Nancy Guthrie‘s safe return or the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible, as hope and urgency continue to collide.
